Class Information

Please DO NOT attend class if you:

  • are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. fever, coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat),
  • have traveled internationally in the past 14 days, or
  • have recently come into contact with someone who has been suspected or tested positive for COVID-19

If you need to cancel for any of these reasons, please let us know and we will happily refund your credit.

We follow all Provincial Health guidance in accordance with the law, including the collection of contact information for COVID tracing. Please note that in the event of potential exposure, your information may be shared with local health authorities.

Pre-Covid-19 our yoga classes were all free! To be more specific, all the classes at Kits Beach, Main Street, Downtown, and Granville Island were free. A lot of our special events were also free; check out the events section on our site for details about specific events. However, in light of COVID-19, we have adopted a new model, it's still heavily subsidised (by us), but you will need to pre-register and pay a fee. For more information about pricing and passes available explore our price list.

Typically our free outdoor classes are drop-in and unlimited capacity, but due to COVID-19, while we are delighted at the opportunity to be able to continue our classes, naturally certain adjustments have to be made. Book your spot here.

Class Updates and Schedule

Our schedule is subject to change. Check out the live schedule for subs, as well as find us on Instagram and Facebook for frequent updates and more!

For big changes and class announcements, we have a mailing list! Sign up here. We only send emails for important things.

Cancellation Policy

We try our best not to cancel classes, but that being said, if the teacher feels it is not safe to do yoga due to the weather or air conditions, classes will be cancelled and your class credit will be refunded to use another time.

Class Credits

When you purchase a class pass, you will be awarded credits which will be added to your account. Each credit is valid for one class. Credits from class passes can be shared between members.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a mat, towel/blanket for your baby, sunhat, any favourite toys, plus anything else you need to keep you and your baby comfortable.
Can my partner/grandparent/friend come?
Yes, for baby classes we are making an exception, we know this was a wonderful part of the 2019 class and we want to keep that aspect. For the baby classes ONLY (Sept 3,6,10 @ 11am) you may bring a second adult under the following guidelines:
  • The second adult must come from your bubble (partner, teen sibling, grandparent, or a member of your chosen family).
  • The second adult must sign a waiver (if they have an account they have a waiver, you can click the link on our calendar page, or you can contact us)
  • Please contact us if you have any questions or are super confused. You can reach us at
What if my baby is fussy, hungry, know, doing baby things?
No problem! Take breaks as you need to keep your little entertained and happy.
What level is this class?
This is an all-levels gentle hatha yoga class. You know your body best - please take care. For postpartum women, please do what feels right for your body and postpartum recovery. Be sure to clear postpartum exercise with your health care provider.
